Service Description

Have a 1:1 session to work towards your goals with a personalised fitness program. I will ensure that you are doing the exercises that work well for you whilst maintaining a good movement with correct technique. Through the sessions you will be tested on a per session basis due to the plan always changing around how you feel on that day and what I think you are capable of. We will always work together to get the best session done and your communication to me will be paramount in your success.
